Good to know
Questions, answered.
Can we record our keynote?
Yes. The control room can capture multi-camera video of your presentation, ready to share after.
Do you provide furniture?
We'll help you plan a layout and connect you with rental partners for lounge or banquet furniture.
Can remote employees watch live?
Yes — the L6 control room can stream the program privately to your team or publicly to any platform.
How far ahead should we book?
Most events book 4–8 weeks out; larger builds benefit from more lead time. Short-notice dates are possible when the calendar is open.
Is parking available?
Yes — the building has on-site parking, and we'll share arrival details with your guests' info pack.
