The Set Up
The Sirona Agency came through with a pharma client.
They’d been looking all over Tampa Bay trying to piece something like this together… and kept running into the same problem — spaces that looked right, but couldn’t actually handle it.
So we walked them through it. Quick tour. Showed them everything — podcast suites, Studio A, the cyc, the grid, Studio G, the build space… all of it.
THE CHALLENGE
Keep multiple crews moving at the same time — video, photography, sets, lighting — without turning the day into a bottleneck.
What they used at Shear:

And that was it.
They took over.
30-hour load-in. One-day shoot. Load-out. Done.
We can’t show the actual shoot (privacy, pharma world…), so what you’re seeing here is prep day — setups, locations, our crew stepping in so you can actually see how it all came together.
